The focus of Project Care is to improve healthcare provider experience and web containment; creating an efficient and cohesive SSO platform for providers can lead to a more integrated experience, increase star rating measures, reduce call center volume, and have direct impact on costs and provider satisfaction.

Created an integrated SSO entry platform with role-based access and personified dashboard, along with an intent-based universal search feature that allows the providers to access the right data resources in a seamless manner. The platform also connects with AWS connect and other internal provider communications channels to create a unified one-stop information platform for all providers.

Challenge:

• Create a new provider portal landing page with enhanced user interface.
• Allow permission role-based access to legacy pages.
• Streamline the process of user navigation.
• Make specific information available to users based on their preferences and chosen health plan.
• Key provider actions like authorization, overview, claims overview, quick actions, useful links, and admin settings to be highlighted on the landing page

Solution:

• Built a new user interface for the landing page using NX dev tool. Levereged client fondue design system along with third party library MUI to align the design UI by creating any missing components.
• Replaced the legacy UI with the new one using interceptor.
• Implemented AEM content fragment feature to configure permission-based scenario and enable role-based access to infrmation like authorizations,claims, admin, etc.
• Web application iplemented as per AAA grade accessibility standards and all AAA, AA graded issues to be fixed and reviewed by the Accessibility team.

Business Impact:

• 80% reduction in navigation through a more streamline experience.
• Actionable information appropriately present to users and easily modifiable with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Elevated critical data on landing page through clinical summary tifles.
