AAA Connect+

AAA Connect+ is a comprehensive application designed to provide AAA members with a suite of services and features aimed at enhancing their driving and travel experiences. It integrates various AAA offerings, making it a one-stop solution for roadside assistance, travel planning, insurance management, and more.

Challenge: AAA was looking to modernize the architecture of Connect Suite into Connect+ utilizing Salesforce and Cloud platform applications that enhances the end-user experience through process improvements, visual design, and systems that meet their requirements, addressing pain points and gaps identified.

Solution:

• Developed a clickable prototype for existing and new features
• Built a platform foundation for the future state architecture
• Built "Add Member" epic as part of the membership module using new user experience.
• S/W and H/W optimization from legacy code

Worked closely with product manager, stakeholders, and other designers to gather requirements and align on project goals. Worked with other designers in user research, wireframes and mockups creation, and prototyping the proposed solution.
