AAA Connect+
AAA Connect+ is a comprehensive application designed to provide AAA members with a suite of services and features aimed at enhancing their driving and travel experiences. It integrates various AAA offerings, making it a one-stop solution for roadside assistance, travel planning, insurance management, and more.
Challenge: AAA was looking to modernize the architecture of Connect Suite into Connect+ utilizing Salesforce and Cloud platform applications that enhances the end-user experience through process improvements, visual design, and systems that meet their requirements, addressing pain points and gaps identified.
Solution:
- Developed a clickable prototype for existing and new features
- Built a platform foundation for the future state architecture
- Built "Add Member" epic as part of the membership module using new user experience.
- S/W and H/W optimization from legacy code
